Internal server requests via insufficient host validation

SSRF in HttpRequestService APIs in Misskey before 2024.11.0-alpha.3 allows remote authenticated users to reach internal servers. The service accepts controllable URL parameters and sends GET or POST requests without adequately rejecting private-IP targets. A low-privileged account is required, and the consequence is limited to requests supported by the affected APIs and partially controlled URL parameters.
