Service interruption via DisplayPort link-rate overflow

Integer overflow in Linux 6.13 through 6.13.3 allows local users to interrupt service through the ZynqMP DisplayPort driver. The zynqmp_dp_rate_get() function multiplies a link rate by 10000 using 32-bit arithmetic, allowing the calculation to wrap before return. Low-privileged local access and a system using the ZynqMP DisplayPort subsystem are required; the published impact is limited to availability.
