Sandbox bypass in Jenkins Shared Library Version Override Plugin 17.v786074c9fce7 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute code. The plugin marks folder-scoped library overrides as trusted instead of sending their code through the Script Security sandbox. Item/Configure permission on a folder is required, and the resulting library code runs without sandbox restrictions.
