Administrator access via unrenewed login session

Session fixation in Jenkins OpenId Connect Authentication Plugin 4.418.vccc7061f5b_6d and earlier allows attackers to gain administrator access. The doFinishLogin handler preserves the attacker-known JSESSIONID through OpenID Connect authentication instead of renewing the session before credentials are accepted. Exploitation requires a remote attacker to plant or learn a session identifier and socially engineer an administrator into completing login with that session.
