Published Jul 17, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Stored XSS in Ultimate Addons for WPBakery 3.19.20 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through a shortcode. The ultimate_info_banner shortcode insufficiently sanitizes user-supplied attributes and fails to escape them when rendering page output. Contributor-level access is required to store the payload, which executes in a visitor's browser when the injected page is opened.
