Unauthenticated denial of service via deferred frame validation

Denial of service in GNOME libsoup before 3.6.1 allows remote attackers to hang an application and consume memory via crafted WebSocket data. soup_websocket_connection_read waits to call process_incoming until its read loop ends, so invalid frame data remains unvalidated while additional bytes arrive. Any application that accepts untrusted WebSocket peers can have its processing loop and memory exhausted without authentication.
