Heap corruption via undersized UTF-8 destination

Buffer overflow in GNOME libsoup before 3.6.1 allows local users to corrupt heap memory through invalid parameter text. The decode_rfc5987 path copies converted UTF-8 text into the original encoded buffer with strcpy even when conversion requires more bytes. The parser must receive invalid nonnetwork input; published demonstrations crash an instrumented process and overwrite adjacent heap metadata.
