OAuth2 secret disclosure via reversible database encryption

Insecure storage in Nextcloud Server 28.0.0 through 28.0.9 and 29.0.0 through 29.0.6 allows attackers to recover OAuth2 client secrets. The OAuth2 SettingsController encrypted each generated secret with ICrypto and saved reversible ciphertext in oauth2_clients instead of storing an HMAC. Exploitation requires both a database backup and the matching Nextcloud configuration file, which together permit decryption of the stored secrets.
