Shared-file disclosure via unchecked attachment download permission

Improper access control in affected Nextcloud Mail versions allows remote authenticated users to read non-downloadable shared files. AttachmentService::handleCloudAttachment reads a shared file's content and creates a mail attachment without checking the share's permissions/download attribute. The user must have an account, access to a share whose owner disabled downloads, and a configured mailbox; the resulting email discloses the file contents.
