Account detail exposure via public-suffix autoconfiguration fallback

Information exposure in affected Nextcloud Mail releases allows remote attackers to capture mail account details during autoconfiguration. The IspDb fallback removes the leftmost domain label and queries autoconfig hosts even after the candidate becomes a public suffix. Exploitation requires user-initiated setup for a domain without working autoconfiguration and attacker control of the resulting registrable autoconfig domain.
