Cross-user report disclosure via reused headless browser

Information disclosure in Graylog Open Server 6.1.0 through 6.1.1 allows remote authenticated users to receive another user's PDF report. Concurrent report-rendering requests reuse one headless browser instance, so the report that finishes first is returned to other requests. Access to reporting and valid credentials are required, and the exposed PDF can contain indexed log messages or aggregates beyond the recipient's permissions.
