Default credentials in NETGEAR ProSAFE Network Management System NMS300 1.7.0.34 x64 allow local users to gain SYSTEM privileges. The product installer deploys MySQL with default credentials, allowing low-privileged local code to access the database through a predictable account. Exploitation requires prior ability to run low-privileged code on the Windows host and results in arbitrary code execution as SYSTEM.
