Root code execution via unchecked DNS-name copy

Buffer overflow in TP-Link Omada ER605 2.6_2.2.2 Build 20231017 allows network-adjacent attackers to execute arbitrary code via DNS names. The DNS-name handler copies user-supplied data into a buffer without first validating its length, permitting memory corruption. Exploitation requires no authentication but applies only when the router uses the Comexe DDNS service, and successful execution runs as root.
