Missing authorization in Anton Hoelstad WP Quick Setup 2.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to install arbitrary plugins or themes. The plugin and theme installation handler omits a capability check, so Subscriber-level accounts can invoke an administrative installation operation. Installed attacker-controlled code executes on the WordPress server, enabling complete site compromise and web-shell deployment.
