Root code execution via DDNS error overflow

Stack-based buffer overflow in TP-Link ER605 firmware 2.6_2.2.2 Build 20231017 allows attackers to execute arbitrary code as root. The _chkPkt function in the root cmxddnsd daemon copies an attacker-controlled DDNS ErrorCode value into a 10-byte stack buffer without checking its length. Exploitation requires Comexe DDNS and a man-in-the-middle position on the WAN path; overwriting the saved return address enables root-level command execution.
