Published Nov 14, 2024 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Unrestricted file upload in Softpulse Infotech Picsmize 1.0.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute PHP via a crafted image upload. The PicsUploadManualFile AJAX action accepts an images[] part named with a .php extension while trusting an image MIME type, then stores it under WordPress uploads. No account or user interaction is required; code execution depends on the web server processing the uploaded PHP file.
