Authenticated SQL injection via unneutralized grade parameter
Published May 23, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024
SQL injection in itsourcecode Complete Web-Based School Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to alter database queries. The /view/timetable_insert_form.php handler uses the grade request parameter in an SQL statement without effective neutralization, allowing crafted input to change the query. A low-privileged application account is required; successful exploitation can read or alter accessible records or interrupt database-backed functions.
