Authenticated file disclosure via dot-dot URL traversal

Path traversal in IBM InfoSphere Information Server 11.7 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary system files through crafted URLs. The request-path handler accepts dot-dot segments and resolves them outside the intended directory, but IBM has not identified the affected endpoint or published code-level details. A valid low-privilege account is required, and exposure is limited to files readable by the server process.
