Cookie forgery via metrics authentication timing oracle

Observable timing discrepancy in authentik allows remote attackers to recover SECRET_KEY through repeated requests to /-/metrics/. MetricsView builds HTTP Basic credentials from settings.SECRET_KEY and compares the supplied Base64 text with ordinary Python string equality, leaking prefix-dependent timing. The endpoint must be remotely reachable and measured across enough unauthenticated attempts; a recovered key permits forging or modifying signed cookies.
