Environment manipulation via web-supplied console arguments

Argument injection in Laravel Framework allows remote attackers to change the application environment via a crafted query string. Application::detectEnvironment passes web-populated $_SERVER['argv'] to EnvironmentDetector, which treats a --env argument as a console override instead of using web environment detection. Exploitation requires PHP's register_argc_argv directive to be enabled; the change affects Application environment checks and dependent behavior, rather than config values.
