Protected-message replay via out-of-order RMAC acceptance

Message-integrity failure in goToMain LibOSDP before 3.0.0 allows man-in-the-middle attackers to replay protected OSDP messages. The cp_decode_response function accepts REPLY_RMAC_I outside its expected CMD_SCRYPT exchange, resetting the receive MAC state to the session start. An attacker positioned on the CP-to-PD channel must capture the initial RMAC_I and subsequent replies before recorded PD-to-CP traffic can be accepted again.
