Signed PDF content spoofing via unflattened layers

UI misrepresentation in Documenso and Documenso SaaS as of 2024-12-05 allows attackers to spoof signed PDF content via crafted layered PDFs. The editor and signing UI preserve the PDF structure without identifying or flattening multiple layers before signing and download, so normal and print views can show different content. Exploitation requires a layered PDF to enter the signing workflow and a recipient to trust one rendering; the bounded consequence is document-content integrity loss.
