Local command execution via unsanitized user settings

Improper input validation in Siemens engineering platforms allows local users to execute arbitrary host commands through crafted user settings. The settings parser uses user-controllable input without adequate sanitization before reaching a host-command execution context. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and user interaction, and commands run with the affected user's privileges.
