Authenticated router crash via pppoe_localip stack overflow

Stack overflow in wizpppoe.cgi in NETGEAR XR300 1.0.3.78, R7000P 1.3.3.154, and R6400 v2 1.0.4.128 allows remote authenticated users to crash routers. The CGI handler mishandles an oversized pppoe_localip value from a crafted POST request, overflowing its stack buffer. Authenticated access from the local network is required, and successful exploitation interrupts router service without reported data disclosure or modification.
