Host-file disclosure via unrestricted XSLT entities

XXE in XSLT parsing in HAPI FHIR org.hl7.fhir.core before 6.4.0 allows remote attackers to read host files via crafted XML. Affected parsers instantiate TransformerFactory implementations without consistently blocking external DTD access, allowing entity references to resolve local resources. Exposure requires a host application to pass externally submitted XML into an affected component, and resolved file content can appear in the generated XML.
