Open redirect via untrusted forwarded prefix

Open redirect in Traefik Proxy 2.11.13 and earlier and 3.0.0 through 3.2.0 allows remote attackers to redirect dashboard users via a crafted header. The dashboard's safePrefix function parses an untrusted X-Forwarded-Prefix value and returns its path even when encoded input resolves to a scheme-relative absolute URL. The dashboard must be reachable and a user must follow the resulting redirect; cache poisoning can broaden exposure, but no direct data or service impact is reported.
