Cross-user API requests via pooled token cache

Privilege context error in Duende.AccessTokenManagement.OpenIdConnect 3.0.0 allows remote attackers to send API requests as another user. AuthenticationSessionUserAccessTokenStore keeps its authentication-result cache in a pooled HttpClient scope instead of a per-request scope, so a refreshed token survives into another user request. Exploitation requires a user in the system and a token refresh; attackers cannot choose whose token is reused or how long it persists.
