Stored XSS via unneutralized crafted links
Published Mar 3, 2025 · Updated Apr 10, 2025
Stored XSS in Esri ArcGIS Server 11.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run JavaScript through a crafted stored link. The Administrator Directory retains a publisher-supplied link and renders it without adequately neutralizing browser-active input; Esri has not disclosed the affected handler or field. Publisher capabilities are required, and a victim must click the stored link before the script runs in that victim's browser.
