Command injection in /diag_s.php in ARRIS VAP2500 08.50 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands via customer_info. The handler places the externally controlled parameter into a command context without neutralizing command separators, allowing supplied input to alter the executed command. Administrative privileges are required; the public record does not identify the invoked command, interpreter, or execution account.
