Path traversal in Kanboard before 1.2.42 allows remote authenticated users with admin access to execute arbitrary PHP code. The application reads application_language from an imported SQLite database and uses it as a path to load translations.php without confining the path. Exploitation requires administrative database-import access and a location containing the attacker's translations.php payload, which executes with the web server's privileges.
