Memory corruption via unaligned gigantic-page copy

Out-of-bounds write in the huge-page copy path in affected Linux kernels allows local users to corrupt memory via a page fault. hugetlb_wp() passes an unaligned fault address through copy_user_large_folio() to copy_user_gigantic_page(), which requires huge-page alignment. Reachability requires a low-privileged local user to trigger write protection on a gigantic hugetlb page; the resulting miscopy can corrupt memory or disclose kernel data.
