Stored XSS via forged state-changing request
Published Nov 19, 2024 · Updated May 11, 2026
Cross-site request forgery in Juan Camilo Advanced PDF Generator 0.4.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to store script code. Patchstack has not published the affected request handler or the exact validation and output-encoding failures that turn a forged request into stored script content. Exploitation requires a user with a valid session to interact with attacker-controlled content; visitors who render the stored content face script execution in the site origin.
