CVE-2024-51632Network attack vector

Stored XSS via missing nonce validation

Published Nov 19, 2024 · Updated May 11, 2026

Cross-site request forgery in SH Slideshow 4.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to store cross-site scripting payloads via forged requests. The affected function lacks correct nonce validation and accepts a state-changing request containing the stored payload. Exploitation requires a privileged user to visit or submit attacker-controlled content, after which the stored script executes when a victim views the affected output.
