HCI transport memory disclosure via missing length validation

Out-of-bounds read in Apache NimBLE 1.7.0 and earlier allows attackers controlling the Bluetooth controller to read HCI transport memory. The ble_hs_hci_evt_num_completed_pkts function reads ev->count before confirming that the event buffer contains the fixed header, then uses that untrusted count in its length calculation. A broken or bogus controller must supply the malformed event; the published impact is confined to disclosure from HCI transport memory.
