Stored XSS via unvalidated settings submission

Stored XSS in Inquiry Cart 3.4.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject script through an administrator's settings request. The plugin's settings handler accepts the send-message-to value without a CSRF check, input sanitization, or output escaping, then stores the submitted payload. An administrator must open attacker-controlled HTML while logged in; subsequent rendering executes the stored script in an administrator's browser.
