Stored XSS in wiki-page descriptions in Tiki Wiki CMS Groupware 27.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts. The Create a Wiki Page workflow stores an HTML-bearing description without neutralizing a javascript: URL, then renders it as a clickable link. A user needs wiki-page creation permissions, and another user must click the injected link; successful exploitation runs script in that visitor's browser.
