Mesh bandwidth exhaustion via forged broadcast-source packets

Denial of service in Meshtastic Firmware before 2.5.6 allows remote attackers to degrade mesh performance with a forged broadcast-source packet. On receiving a previously unseen sender, a node requests its information without rejecting the reserved 0xFFFFFFFF broadcast address, causing the reply itself to be broadcast. Any attacker able to inject a mesh packet can trigger multiple transmissions from every receiving node, consuming shared radio bandwidth without authentication or user interaction.
