Network denial of service via forged LLDP links

Denial of service in Project Floodlight Floodlight 1.2 allows local users to disrupt inter-switch connectivity with forged LLDP packets. The topology update logic accepts a forged external link within an independent cluster, then ignores updates from other clusters because cluster merging does not recognize that the link is internal. A host on the managed network must first create independent switch clusters and inject crafted LLDP or BDDP frames; affected hosts then lose cross-switch connectivity.
