Unauthenticated code execution via crafted XML upload

Arbitrary file upload in Husrev BlackBoard 2.0.2 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code by uploading a crafted XML file. The affected \Users\username.BlackBoard component accepts the crafted XML, but public records do not identify its upload handler or explain how the file becomes executable. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation grants code execution in the server application's security context.
