CVE-2024-5131Network attack vector

Cross-project prompt disclosure via unchecked prompt ID

Published Jun 6, 2024 · Updated Nov 3, 2024

Improper authorization in Lunary before 1.2.25 allows remote attackers to read prompts from projects they do not own. The prompt lookup endpoint accepts an attacker-supplied prompt ID and returns the matching record without confirming that the prompt belongs to the requester's project. The vulnerable route requires no authentication or user interaction, and exploitation discloses prompt content across project boundaries.
