Unauthenticated command execution via GRE tunnel handler

Command injection in DrayTek Vigor3900 1.5.1.3 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands through the GRE tunnel interface. The doGRETunnel function in mainfunction.cgi accepts malicious commands from a request and forwards them for execution without neutralization. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation grants command execution with the appliance process's privileges.
