Unauthenticated command execution via ruequest_certificate injection

Command injection in DrayTek Vigor3900 Firmware 1.5.1.3 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands through mainfunction.cgi. The ruequest_certificate function fails to neutralize attacker-controlled shell metacharacters before command execution. The CGI endpoint is network reachable without authentication, and successful exploitation grants command execution with the firmware process's privileges.
