OS command injection in DrayTek Vigor3900 1.5.1.3 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands via rename_table. The rename_table function in mainfunction.cgi sends attacker-controlled request data to command execution without neutralizing shell metacharacters. Exploitation requires low-privileged access from an adjacent network and grants command execution in the router firmware context.
