OS command injection in DrayTek Vigor3900 firmware 1.5.1.3 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands. The doIPSec handler in mainfunction.cgi incorporates attacker-controlled request data into an operating-system command without neutralizing shell metacharacters. The attack requires low-privileged access to the router management interface and can alter the appliance by running attacker-chosen commands.
