Authenticated command execution via unsanitized appName

Command injection in ELADMIN 2.7 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute commands on managed deployment servers. The serverReduction path passes attacker-controlled appName data into deployment logic that concatenates it into a shell deletion command without neutralizing command separators. Exploitation requires deploy-edit permission, an existing deployment ID, and a reachable configured server, where injected commands run in the deployment account's context.
