Admin-session script execution via unencoded search input
Published Mar 23, 2026 · Updated Mar 23, 2026
Reflected XSS in Vehicle Record Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute scripts through administrator-submitted search input. In /admin/search-vehicle.php, searchinputdata is copied from POST into $searchinput and echoed into an HTML heading without output encoding. Execution requires an authenticated administrator to submit the crafted value, exposing the administrator's session and page data to browser-context script access.
