Notification-user deletion via unvalidated cross-origin POST

Cross-site request forgery in 07FLYCMS 1.3.9 allows remote attackers to delete notification-user records through a crafted request. The /admin/SysNotifyUser/del.html handler accepts an attacker-selected id in a cross-origin POST without a request-specific anti-CSRF value. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator to submit the attacker's form, causing the targeted record to be deleted under that session.
