Cross-site request forgery in Ampache 6.6.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to alter messages and follow settings via crafted requests. Published sources identify the affected state-changing endpoints but do not disclose the precise anti-CSRF validation defect. Exploitation requires an authenticated victim to submit an attacker-controlled request, enabling message creation or deletion and follow-state changes under that victim's session.
