An IDOR in appointment-detail.php in PHPGurukul Beauty Parlour Management System 1.1 allows remote attackers to read other customers' PII. The endpoint accepts the URL's aptnumber value and returns the associated appointment record without verifying that the requester owns it. No authentication or user interaction is required; iterating valid appointment numbers exposes customer appointment details without altering records or interrupting service.
