Database read and modification via unsanitized tid
Published Oct 31, 2024 · Updated Jul 5, 2026
SQL injection in Teachers Record Management System 2.1 allows remote attackers to alter database queries through the tid parameter. The admin/queries.php handler does not adequately sanitize tid before using it in an SQL query, so crafted input is interpreted as query syntax. Network access to that endpoint is sufficient, and successful exploitation can read or modify data held by the application's MySQL database.
